About

TrainMuscles.com is an extension to my health and training web-o-sphere. My first website Weight Loss and Training which is targeted towards a more general audience is now a huge success reaching in excess of 5,000 unique visitors every day, and launching me to over 35,000 followers on Twitter (twitter.com/samomidi)!
With this in mind one of the things that I started noticing was that I was getting a lot of questions from guys about muscle-building related topics so I thought it was time to launch a new website which was specifically for men only.
So this is for you guys, TrainMuscles.com is dedicated to answering all your questions about muscle tearing exercises, killer workout plans, advanced exercise nutrition plans and muscle-defining supplement reviews. The good, the bad, and the ugly will all be revealed in a completely straight-forward no-bull approach and your questions, comments and feedback will all be a great contribution to this community.
If you’ve ever had any doubts about your motivation, or have encountered injuries which have held you back, or simply feel like you should be getting way better results from your training then you have come to the right place. The more you share these articles with your friends through Facebook, Twitter or whatever social network you are part of the more we will all take our training knowledge to the next level.
I know a lot of you have tons of questions about supplements to help you jump-start or excel your training so please share your ideas on what supplements you’d like to see reviewed and I will make sure we write up on them.
In the meantime, I will be writing on hundreds if not thousands of the top muscle-building, fat burning, energy boosting, and vitamin supplements for men and will try and approach them with an open-mind looking at the research and results people are experiencing with them. If you’d like to add your two cents please make sure to leave a comment on these supplements so we can start focusing on the top ones and seeing how those can be stacked with others to give the most maximal results.
I sincerely hope you get as much out of this site as I envision you all getting, and remember that the more you share and contribute the more you will get out of this website.
