Zinc Supplementation

More than 300 enzymes inside our bodies need zinc for proper cell functioning. It is estimated that 3500 of the proteins needed for human life need zinc. A more important role (in relation to working out) of zinc is its ability to help towards protein synthesis, needed in order to create and sustain lean muscle.
